Our approach

At Magnolia Nest we value the individual needs, interests and values of each child and their family. We support this by fostering genuine connections with each little one and affording them the same rights, responsibilities and respect as any member of our community.

Learning is best facilitated, shared - when children are raised with the help of their “village” they achieve the best possible learning outcomes. Therefore, integrating outings into the routine of the child is encouraged at Magnolia Nest to support each child’s interests, learning and development.

At Magnolia Nest, we respectfully acknowledge the Turrbal people, the traditional custodians of the land on which we live. We pay our respects to their elders past, present, and emerging, and recognise their continuing connection to the land, waters, and community. We are grateful for the opportunity to live, learn, and work on Turrbal country.
